Richard T. Woodward

Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University. Dr. Woodward received a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research is in the general area of environmental and resource economics. Recent research projects have focused on the issues of sustainability and uncertainty, the fisheries management and the use of transferable discharge permits to control water pollution.
Research and teaching focus: Environmental and resource economics.
